For people who smoke most nights, know it's holding them back, and have already tried cutting back. I help you quit with a plan instead of willpower. Clear by Day 7. Your energy, your focus and your edge back in 3 months.
3-minute application. Start this week. Guaranteed.
The problem
Weed isn't the villain. The fog it leaves behind is. It's there when you wake up, it's there at 3pm, and it's the reason the sharper version of you only shows up in your head.
You wake up tired. Eight hours in bed and it feels like four.
You're slow. Slow to start, slow to think, slow to care.
Nothing really excites you anymore. Not work, not plans, not the stuff you used to love.
You're in the room with your family, but half there. They notice more than they say.
You smoke to feel normal. Then wonder why normal feels so low.
You're good at what you do. Nobody would guess. But you know you're not at your best.
If three of those hit, it's not an effort problem. You're driven. You're running on a brain that never gets a clean morning. And here's what makes it hard to fix: nobody stages an intervention for someone with a good job and a vape pen. There's no crash. No rock bottom. Just a slow fade that's easy to call normal.
Someone who's good at everything else shouldn't be run by a nightly habit.

Late-night eating. Skipped workouts. Sleep that looks like eight hours and feels like four. Every year at this number it gets harder to turn around.
The people closest to you get the leftover version at night. Your partner stopped saying anything. Your kids are learning that this is how you cope.
The business idea. The move. The thing you keep talking about. It all makes sense at night and none of it happens in the morning.
The research is blunt about it. In a study that followed 1,037 people from birth, long-term regular users reported more relationship conflict, more problems at work and more money trouble by their late 30s. The free Wheel shows you what the research says about each area of your life, with the sources linked.
A year from now you'll be clear, or you'll be telling yourself the same story you told yourself last January.
Where this goes
Not white-knuckling it. Not “cutting back.” Clear, and living like it. Here's what we build toward, in the 7 areas the Wheel scores.
Physical
Up before the alarm with a clear head. Energy at 3pm. A body you're proud of.
Mental
Hard days don't own you. You feel it, handle it, and sleep with your head clear instead of numb.
Relationships & Family
Fully in the room. Your family gets the best of you, not what's left after 9pm.
Business
Sharp in every meeting. You do the thing that matters first, every day.
Financial
The weed budget turned into something you can actually point at.
Spiritual
You can sit in a quiet room without needing to escape it.
Lifestyle
Evenings and weekends you look forward to, with a head clear enough to enjoy them.
That's the version of you that's been waiting behind the smoke.

Who's in your corner
For almost 30 years, from 19 to 48, weed was part of my routine. Wind down, zone out, eat, repeat. I told myself it helped me relax. What it actually did was keep me tired, flat and comfortable while my health, my focus and my ambition slid sideways.
At 34 I was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer. Weed didn't cause that. But it was part of a life that was out of alignment, and the diagnosis made me look at all of it.
Here's the part most coaches won't tell you. I still went back to it. Then a bad experience made the decision for me. I declared my clean date publicly and I've been walking this road in real time.
So I know the fog. I know the 9pm itch and the Friday negotiation. And I know what's on the other side, because I'm living it. You don't have to white-knuckle it alone.
“This legitimately has changed my life.”
Before: “I was smoking weed everyday, and unaware on what it actually took to get fit. Unable to stick to a no smoking or workout plan.”
“Not smoking weed everyday after smoking everyday for 10 years has probably changed my life more than anything.”
The plan

3 minutes, straight answers. I read every application myself and reply within 48 hours.
02
45 minutes on Zoom, just you and me. We look at where weed really sits in your life and map your next 3 months. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
03
No cohort. No waiting for a start date. Week 1 is Clear, and Day 7 is your Clear Day.
What the 3 months look like
No willpower. No white-knuckling. A plan.
The first stretch is the hardest. You won't do it alone.
Clear head first. Then we build on it.
Why cutting back never holds
Here's what nobody explains. Weed isn't one habit. It's the anchor the rest hang off: the late-night eating, the bad sleep, the skipped workouts, the scrolling. Cut back and the anchor is still there, so everything drifts back to it within a few weeks. That's why “just weekends” turns into most nights again. It's not weak character. It's how habits work.
Willpower is the wrong tool for this, because it runs out at exactly the moment you need it: 9pm, tired, alone, with the same cue in the same room. So we don't fight the cue. We change the room. A new evening ritual, a sleep reset, a plan for the 10 minutes that matter, and a clean date you commit to in week 1 instead of “soon.”
Then we build on the clear head. Identity first: who you are at full capacity. Then the training and the food that make it real. Pull the anchor and the rest comes loose. That's the whole method, and it's why it holds.

Questions
Both, in that order. Quitting weed is step one, because it's the habit holding the others up. Then we set your mindset and build the training and nutrition on top. Skip the first step and the rest never sticks.
Yes. Cutting back is how most people stay stuck for years. Week 1 gets you ready, Day 7 is your Clear Day, we plan the hard nights, and we build your training, food and mindset around the person you're becoming.
Your sleep will be off for the first stretch. That's normal and it passes. We do a sleep reset in the first two weeks so you know what to expect and what to do about it.
No. It's private. Just you and me: a 1:1 call every week, plus your training and meal plan in my app.
It's a founding price for my first 5 private clients, and it goes up after that. Pay in full or in 3 monthly payments. We go through the numbers on the call, once we both know it's the right fit.

This week. No cohort, no waiting for a start date. Once we talk and you're in, I build your plan and you're up and running within days.
A short video a day in week 1. After that, your workout, a few minutes a day to track food, and one weekly call with me. Built for people with jobs, families and full calendars.
You don't get kicked out. You tell me, we look at what happened, and you get back on it. A slip is data. The relapse plan is part of the program for a reason.
A 3-minute assessment. You score 7 areas of your life, where you are now and where you want to be, and it shows you your biggest gap, what the research says weed is doing to each area, and one move for this week. It's the same exercise my clients start with.
No. This is coaching. If you've felt low for a long time, use other substances heavily, have a diagnosed mental health condition, or have had withdrawal issues before, talk to a doctor too. I'm happy to work alongside them.
